Appointments for our Talking Therapies service can be arranged on Monday to Saturday, mornings, afternoons and some evenings.We can provide your sessions from a variety of venues throughout Epping Forest, Uttlesford and Harlow.
The service package consists of approximately six sessions. Each person's needs are different so some people may need fewer sessions and some may need more.
Your sessions will be provided free of charge.
